Frequently used as a table condiment, Za’atar makes a great dry rub for meats and veggies, a breakfast spice for eggs or yogurt, or sprinkled on popcorn. This has a complex nutty and woody flavor with a tart acidic lift from the sumac similar to lemon juice.
