I am only able to visit the store once a year, so that's when I do all of my tastings. I think this blend is great for cooking and bread dipping mixes. If used on a salad, go light.

I cook a lot of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine. This olive oil is good to mix with bread dipping sauces and most recipes. If using in a salad, I use a little less. Highly recommend!

Love this EVOO. Good with all fresh dressings and marinades. Love the Arbequina too
