Hand blended from onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, nutmeg, scotch bonnet, clove and chives. Most Jerk seasonings use salt as a filler to cut costs. Our Salt Free blend can be used as a rub, or mixed with orange juice, soy, vinegar, olive oil, and lime juice to create a marinade. This seasoning has its origins as a way to preserve meats using spices found on the island. When using as a rub, use 1 tbsp per 1 lb of meat. As a marinade, mix 2oz with your liquids.
